A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or alterations to appointments.
If sufficient notice is not given there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment price and this will be charged to your debit card. If you fail to attend and have not cancelled your appointment then you will be charged the full fee.
There are no exceptions made to this policy whatever the circumstances. Any second or subsequent missed appointments will be charged at full price. By making a booking you agree to these conditions.
Please make it your priority to arrive promptly on time for all appointments ( 10-15 minutes before first session ) as appointment times are not flexible. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to have the treatment and will be charged for the missed appointment.
